At Dionysos, we are committed to creating a diverse, vibrant and secre community where people from all backgrounds can connect and thrive. Our platform is open to anyone aged 21 or older, and we invite all eligible individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or experience, to apply. We believe that a vibrant community is built on diversity, and we encourage applications from anyone who shares our passion for social connection, events, and meaningful engagement.

To gain access to Dionysos, all prospective users must complete a brief application. This application is designed to help us better understand your interests, social preferences, and how you would like to engage with the community. We evaluate each application thoroughly and fairly, considering factors such as your engagement with social events, alignment with the values of the community, and your personal interests.

We do not exclude anyone from applying, and no one will be rejected solely based on their background, identity, or connections—or lack thereof. All applications are placed on a waitlist for review, and we evaluate each applicant on a rolling basis. While priority may sometimes be given to individuals who align strongly with community values or have existing connections with current members, we ensure that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to join Dionysos.

If we are unable to offer immediate membership due to community capacity or other factors, your application will remain on the waitlist for future consideration. No one is permanently rejected, and we continually reassess waitlisted applications as space becomes available. This approach ensures that all applicants, regardless of when they apply, have a pathway to membership.

By submitting your application, you agree to receive communications from Dionysos via email or text message regarding the status of your application and other important updates.

As a member, it is your responsibility to keep your account secure by maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your information remains accurate. You agree to: (a) promptly notify Dionysos of any unauthorized access to your account or security breaches, (b) keep your account information current and accurate, and (c) log out of your account after each session. Dionysos will not be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these security measures.

Subscription and Fees
When you become a member of Dionysos, you will receive a 1-month free trial to experience the full range of our community benefits. After your free trial period ends, a monthly fee of €15 will be automatically charged at the beginning of each month. Your membership provides full access to all Dionysos locations, so you are not limited to the city where you initially signed up—allowing you to enjoy exclusive events and perks across multiple locations.

Memberships renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Dionysos to charge the applicable membership fees to the payment method provided during registration.

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, such as Apple, and Dionysos does not store your payment details directly. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in an interruption of your membership services.

If you choose to cancel your membership, you will continue to enjoy all the benefits of being a member until the end of the current month. After that, your account will transition to a free user status, meaning that while you will no longer have access to exclusive member perks, you can still enjoy our basic features. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

We reserve the right to adjust our membership fees, introduce new membership tiers, or offer special promotions. Should we make changes to our pricing structure, we will notify you in advance, and any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds for unused membership periods, in-app purchases, or partially used subscriptions are not provided unless explicitly required by law or stated in our Terms of Use. If you cancel during the free trial, no charges will be applied to your payment method.

By subscribing to Dionysos, you acknowledge that all fees and payment terms are non-refundable, and memberships or in-app purchases are non-transferable.

Payment Method:
Members must provide a valid Payment Method, which may include credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or other accepted payment options. All financial transactions are processed securely through third-party payment service providers, which adhere to industry-standard security protocols to protect your payment information. Dionysos does not directly store or process your payment details, ensuring an additional layer of security.

Automatic Renewal:
Unless canceled, the membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Members can update or change their Payment Method and manage their subscription settings through their account dashboard. Notifications will be sent prior to renewal, reminding members of the upcoming charge. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the Payment Method remains valid and has sufficient funds to cover the subscription fee.

By choosing a subscription plan and providing payment details, members authorize Dionysos and its payment service providers to charge the applicable subscription fees to the provided Payment Method. This authorization remains in effect until the membership is canceled or the payment details are updated.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided, as the membership fee grants access to a wide range of benefits and services. However, Dionysos recognizes that certain exceptional circumstances may warrant a reconsideration. In cases of significant service disruptions or substantial changes to the Service that negatively impact the member experience, Dionysos may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds or credits. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy:
Members who wish to cancel their subscription must do so at least 30 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. Cancellation requests can be processed through the member's account settings or by contacting Dionysos customer support. Upon cancellation, access to member benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the membership will be terminated.

Pause Option:
Dionysos offers a flexible pause option for members who wish to temporarily suspend their membership. Members can select a break period from the options provided within the account settings. Upon selecting a pause, Dionysos will confirm the break via email, specifying the start and end dates of the pause period. During this time, the member's account will be frozen, and all services will be temporarily unavailable. Importantly, no payments will be processed during the pause period.

At the end of the pause, the member's account will automatically reactivate, and the regular subscription billing will resume. If a member needs to end the break period earlier than planned, they must notify Dionysos via email. Upon receiving such a request, Dionysos will reactivate the account, and billing will proceed from the date of reactivation.

Rejoining Policy:
Dionysos maintains an exclusive and curated community. As such, members who choose to cancel their membership and leave the club are generally not permitted to rejoin. This policy helps preserve the integrity and exclusivity of the Dionysos community. Exceptions to this rule are extremely rare and are made only under extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of Dionysos.

Agreement:
By subscribing to Dionysos, members acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement regarding subscription fees, cancellations, pauses, and the strict rejoining policy. Members are encouraged to carefully consider their decision before cancelling their membership, as re-entry into the club is unlikely.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dionysos. By accessing the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.

These Terms are effective from the moment you access the Service and continue until your membership is terminated. You may terminate your membership at any time through the app or by contacting us directly. Dionysos reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or other misconduct. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will cease immediately.

Content Posting:
Members may post various types of content, including text, images, and videos. By posting content, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal materials.

By using the Dionysos Social Club application, You agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this End-User License Agreement (EULA), including strict adherence to our policy of zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive behavior, or harassment of any kind. Users are required to agree to this EULA prior to accessing or contributing any user-generated content within the Application. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Application.

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the Company has implemented content filtering mechanisms designed to automatically detect and flag objectionable material, including but not limited to abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or inappropriate images and media. While these filters aim to prevent the submission of such content, You acknowledge that no automated system is infallible. As such, users are encouraged to report any content they find offensive or harmful.

The Application provides a robust reporting mechanism that allows users to flag any objectionable content or behavior that violates the terms of this Agreement. You may report offensive messages, media, or posts through the in-app reporting feature. Upon receiving such a report, the Company reserves the right to review the flagged content, messages, or media to assess compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

In addition to the content reporting feature, the Application includes a tool that allows users to block other users who engage in abusive behavior. Once a user is blocked, the offending user will no longer be able to interact with the person who initiated the block. This mechanism is designed to empower individuals to protect themselves from further harm while the Company reviews the reported behavior.

The Company is committed to responding to reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior in a timely and efficient manner. Upon receipt of a report, the Company will take the following actions within 24 hours:

Review the reported content or user behavior to determine if it violates the terms of this Agreement.

If the content is found to be in violation, the Company will promptly remove the objectionable content from the platform.

In cases of severe or repeated violations, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account of the user who provided the offending content or engaged in abusive behavior.

The Company reserves the right to take any necessary and appropriate corrective actions to ensure compliance with these terms, including but not limited to content removal, user suspension, or ejection from the platform.

The Company has a strict policy of no tolerance for objectionable content, including but not limited to abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior. All users are expected to engage in respectful and appropriate conduct while using the Application, and any violation of these expectations may result in swift disciplinary action.

The Company retains full discretion to make final determinations regarding any violations of this Agreement and reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including removing content, blocking users, or terminating access to the Application, as necessary to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Dionysos is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. As part of our community, members are expected to uphold high standards of conduct, both online within the app and during any Dionysos or Partner events. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure a positive and enriching experience for everyone involved.

In the event of any issues or violations of the Code of Conduct during a member-hosted event, members are encouraged to report these incidents to Dionysos. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and, if necessary, take appropriate action. This may include terminating the membership of any member found to have breached the Code of Conduct or misled others during the event.

Members understand and agree that participating in these events is at their own risk. Dionysos is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community, and any reported misconduct will be addressed in accordance with our policies.
